"Very very bad experience.We booked the rooms from 5th December,2025 to 9th December Very poor service,very rude staff,too much unhygienic conditions.Noone from staff listen to you.They didn't clean the lobby not even once during our stay. Many washroom's sewage were blocked.I read some negative reviews when I booked the hotel but I was told that all d reviews were from one family n i should read many many positive reviews.I m sorry to say that there was nothing positive during our stay we booked all the rooms for my son's wedding but the experience was really very very bad.The receptionist and overall controller of d property don't have basic manners.I don't have any bad intention about anyone but sharing my personal experience."

"Not worthy, bed sheets, pillows are tidy, no proper soap or shampoo kits available. Windowless rooms, upon request I got a room with Balcony. For a night sleep and next day check out this is OK. As it is close too bypass. More than a night stay, please check for some other. 35 mins power failure. No diesel is kept ready for gen set. Mosquitoes and etc."

"Nice clean rooms, good service. I have booked for normal room but after request the Reception Person Devanand changed my room to balcony access room which gave me comfortable stay. All staffs very nice and tasty food. Poha is my favourite. All services available 24/7. Prime location next to Kailash hospital."

"Terrible Experience – Not Worth a Penny! My brother booked this hotel for a large family gathering and we were shocked at how bad things turned out during our actual stay. AC Not Working – Basic amenities like air conditioning were non-functional. Zero Responsiveness – Staff showed no willingness to listen or resolve issues. Unhygienic and Unsafe – My aunt literally had to beg them to clean the room after painting work was done while we were staying inside. The room was left in a mess, and my elderly grandmother kept coughing due to the dust, but the staff showed no concern. Basic Requests Ignored – Even for simple things like removing used plates, we were rudely asked to "talk to the manager" with no actual action taken. Disgusting Food Service – It took half an hour to get one omelette. When I went to the filthy kitchen, I saw the cook eating the omelette himself while the rest were kept aside instead of being served to us. Lift Not Working – The lift didn’t function for an entire day, causing serious inconvenience. Power Outage in Rooms – Two of our rooms had no electricity. Despite repeated complaints, nothing was done. This was one of the worst hotel experiences our family has ever had. I strongly advise against booking this property. It’s not worth your time, money, or peace of mind."

"Extremely disappointing experience — among the worst I've had in the country. The staff lacked even basic hospitality and service sense. The 4-star reviews are clearly misleading. Major electricity issues with no load balancing meant entire floors, including elevators, were non-functional through the night. Guests had to use stairs repeatedly due to poor backup planning. Definitely not suited for group or bulk bookings. The food quality was subpar, yet priced like a premium restaurant. Getting a simple meal or even a cup of coffee took 2–3 hours on average. Basic amenities like bottled water were also delayed. Rooms were poorly maintained with dusty linen passed off as clean. Overall, a deeply mismanaged property with unacceptable standards."
